With the ouster of Apara Mehta, Bollywood’s dance master Saroj Khan is back once again as a judge of Star Plus’s popular dance show ‘Aajaa Mahi Vay’ from September 5. With her successful association with Nach Baliye 2, this is the beginning of her second innings with Star Plus.

Apara Mehta’s dismissal from the show is the outcome of popular viewer findings which have indicated that her presence on the show has not been received very well. Saroj Khan was chosen as Apara’s replacement owing to her popularity as a dance teacher. Her judging skills and profound knowledge of dance undoubtedly makes her the appropriate replacement. Saroj Khan will join the popular judges Shweta Tiwari & Ronit Roy on the show. Aajaa Mahi Vay has reached a crucial stage where all the contestants are giving their best performances in order to impress the judges. Their immense desire to prove their love and win the promised grand wedding makes their performances truly spectacular!

With the entry of Saroj Khan, the contestants are sure to have a more challenging time ahead with their every move being closely monitored by the dancing maestro!

After Sanjeeda Sheikh winning the prestigious Natraj in Saroj Khan’s dance show Nachleve with Saroj Khan on NDTV Imagine, its was time for beau Aamir Ali to follow suit and win the Natraj too. The couple after winning hearts in Nach Baliye 3, had gone as celebrity contestants on the show recently. While Sanjeeda won it a little earlier, Aamir was not far behind and will be seen winning the award in the upcoming episodes.

A much more elated Sanjeeda says, “It was so cool when Aamir won. I was hoping he would. It’s even more special as I have always had a dancing streak, but Aamir had to start from scratch and he has successfully come a long way. I am really proud of him.”
