STAR and Live Earth announced an extensive list of legendary musicians and Bollywood actors who will be performing at the upcoming Live Earth India concert on December 7, 2008. Joining Grammy-winner Bon Jovi and Live Earth India spokesperson and actor, Amitabh Bachchan is a list of global superstars including Roger Waters, Will.I.Am, Anoushka Shankar, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Preity Zinta, Bipasha Basu, Shiamak Davar, Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Hard Kaur, Jalebee Cartel, Vishal & Shekhar, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam and Shaan.

Produced globally by Control Room and in partnership with local promoter and producers, Wizcraft International Entertainment, the concert will feature never-before-seen collaborations of western and Indian artists, a variety of musical genres from India hip-hop to American rock. Appearances and messages from former U.S Vice President Al Gore, IPCC Chairman and Director General TERI India Dr. Rajendra K Pachauri, environmental advocates and celebrities are expected as well. Live Earth India will highlight personal and policy solutions to the climate crisis, offer support for India’s important environmental issues and causes, and provide a platform for India to solidify its leadership role on climate issues.

Beginning this Sunday, November 16 at 9 p.m. Boston Legal confronts social and moral issues, while its characters continually stretch the boundaries of the law.

Alan Shore and Denny Crane lead a brigade of high-priced civil litigators in an upscale Boston law firm. Premiering on STAR WORLD on Wed 5 Nov at 10pm, Shark follows the professional and personal life of Sebastian Stark (Oscar-nominee James Woods), a charismatic, self-confident defense attorney who, after helping a killer escape conviction, decides to swap sides and brings his cut-throat tactics to the prosecutor’s office under the District Attorney.

Heading up the High Profile Crime Unit, Stark is forced to work for his former nemesis, district attorney Jessica Devlin (Jeri Ryan, Boston Public), who teams him with a group of young prosecutors. With his 16-year-old daughter, Julie (Danielle Panabaker), rooting for him at home, this legal shark must now prove that he can play, and win, on the other side of the law.
