Manish Paul is cop-o-phobic!!

Published by admin under Hindi Television News

Does this new phobia ring a bell? We bet not, as it’s patented by Manish Paul who has recently coined this term to describe his irrational fear that is!! Manish Paul who is too scared of the cops to the point that even if he spots some barricade, he becomes queasy, we hear. We have certainly heard about all kinds of phobia’s, but this one is ‘how bizarre’?

“Recently when I was to host the Mumbai Police Annual Awards, the cops had sent guard to escort me. I was supposed to reach the venue in the evening and the guard reached at my place way too early, making me see more of him. That was a sweet gesture on their part but on my part don’t even ask,” signs off the actor.

Talk about creativity!!!

Manish Paul makes hay while the sun is not shining

This seems to be pretty much the case with the TV actors for whom things are not looking bright as of now. Looks like actor Manish Paul is no exception, he is making the most of the blackout that has hit the TV industry off late. The ongoing indefinite strike, which has hit the industry big time, is a big dampener for everyone in this profession. But this young actor is certainly looking at the brighter side and made hay while the sun didn’t shine!!

“All this while I was so engrossed in my work that most of the personal things took a backseat. Most of my chores were just getting delayed, so now I have time on hand, all the pending things like doing up the house, catching up with friends whom I have not met in ages, working out and other miscellaneous work will see the light of the day,” shares Manish.

Star World brings back award winning series Boston Legal

Published by Jaish under Star World

Dark comedy… suspense…courtroom drama… Star World presents a truly unique viewing experience bustling with quirky characters and compelling cases setting it apart from the past and present legal shows. Beginning this Sunday, November 16 at 9 p.m. Boston Legal confronts social and moral issues, while its characters continually stretch the boundaries of the law.

Two-time Emmy Award Winner and two-time People’s Choice Award nominee, Boston Legal is about the professional and personal stories of a group of brilliant but often ethically challenged attorneys. Alan Shore and Denny Crane lead a brigade of high-priced civil litigators in an upscale Boston law firm. Shore, an unscrupulous and wily ambulance chaser and womanizer (played, with sly charm by Emmy winner James Spader) finds an uneasy alliance with Crane, a pompous, snooty, and occasionally batty elder lawyer (William Shatner in an Emmy-winning performance). Despite their ethical and emotional deficiencies, Shore and Crane usuallyfind themselves fighting on the right side, as they take up cases that no one else is willing to touch.

The third season is spicier then ever as it kicks off with Denise (Julie Bowen) shocking the firm with the announcement of her marriage while Denny Crane finds new love. Meanwhile, Alan continues to offer legal help to Jerry Espenson (Christian Clemenson) and the firm has a new attorney, Jeffrey Coho (Craig Bierko, Cinderella Man), who blurs the moral line in his pursuit of justice.

The stars that are going to add some more punk to the office politics for this season include Delta Burke (Designing Women), Michael J. Fox (Spin City), Megan Mullally (Will & Grace), Parker Posey (Superman Returns), Tom Selleck (Magnum, P.I.) and Betty White (The Golden Girls).

This season Boston Legal has just got meaner and more dangerous. So don’t forget to tune in to the award-winning series, Boston Legal, starting this Sunday, November 16 at 9 p.m. only on Star World.
